This book helps children manage their anger, learning when it is good to display it and when it can be overly destructive.

Information on what anxiety is, the symptoms, criteria for panic attacks, how to help anxious children. Mention is made of children with autism spectrum disorders as they are prone to high levels of anxiety. However, children with ASD need to be handled differently to children without ASD.
